Join Munyalisa Women Empowerment Initiative (MUWEI) and be a part of the change! As a volunteer, you’ll help empower women, youth, and vulnerable communities in Uganda’s Elgon region. Whether you have skills in education, health, agriculture, advocacy, or digital media, there’s a place for you on our team.

Education & Training: Facilitate workshops, mentor youth, or help with literacy and life skills.

Agriculture & Environment: Support sustainable farming, environmental awareness, or food security projects.

Health & Wellness: Assist with health outreach, awareness campaigns, and mental health programs.

ICT & Digital Media: Help improve our digital presence, manage data, or create content.

Advocacy & Community Mobilization: Engage communities, support events, and raise awareness for social causes.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Assist with data collection, surveys, and project assessments.

Finance & Administration: Support financial records, grants administration, budgeting, and organizational administration tasks.
What to expect
Volunteers receive contextual orientation, role-specific training and mentoring. You’ll collaborate closely with local staff and community members — a respectful, learning-oriented environment is central to everything we do.
